by accessing or using the lune mobile application ("app"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"). if you do not agree, do not use the app.

about lune

lune is a menstrual cycle tracking application developed by Amy Tourte LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). the app provides tracking tools and educational content related to the menstrual cycle and its effects on the body.

eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old to use lune.

account registration

to use lune, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.

you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • all activities under your account
  • notifying us of unauthorized use

acceptable use

you agree to use lune only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

you agree NOT to:

  • use the app in any way that violates applicable law
  • share your account credentials
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems

educational content disclaimer

the app is NOT:

you acknowledge that:

lune is not a replacement for medical treatment, therapy, or contraception.

user content

you retain all rights to the data you enter into lune (dates, notes, logs, etc.).

by using the app, you grant us a limited license to:

  • store your data on our servers
  • display your data to you within the app
  • process your data to provide app functionality

we do not claim ownership of your personal data.

data and privacy

your use of lune is subject to our privacy policy.

intellectual property

the app and its content are owned by Amy Tourte LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

you may not:

termination

we may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

disclaimers

we do not warrant that:

  • the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • cycle predictions will be accurate
  • the app will meet your specific needs

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law:

Amy Tourte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • health complications arising from reliance on the app
  • decisions made based on app content or predictions
  • unintended pregnancy resulting from reliance on cycle predictions

our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

indemnification

you agree to indemnify Amy Tourte LLC from any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

changes to terms

we may modify these terms at any time. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of colorado, united states.
